Secondary REALTOR® Members
Your membership is granted on a provisional status. To fully complete the application process, new secondary members MUST complete the following requirements. If these obligations are not met by their deadline, membership and all related services will be suspended pending completion.
Meet the New Member MLS Training requirement within 30 days of joining the Association.
Complete online webinar at https://www.louisvillerealtors.com/members/education/mls-training/ ; please note that this option is NOT approved for PLE credit.
Complete the mandatory GLAR New Member Orientation session within 60 days of joining the Association.
Your AgentBook Member Portal
Our website hosts a variety of useful information for you as a member from Association news to resources and events as well as access to the member-only portal by AgentBook. This members-only portal is available online 24/7, and allows you to view your account, modify your personal information, make payments, register for classes and events, shop the REALTOR® Store and access important forms.

One major benefit of being a Realtor® is the ability to access the Multiple Listing Service, or MLS. The Association provides an exceptional Internet-based system called Flexmls. This is a user-friendly system that requires minimum training, and free hands-on training sessions are held frequently in our computer lab. Online Tutorials are also available on the front page of the Flexmls System.
