Primary & Secondary Designated REALTOR®/Brokers

Your membership is granted on a provisional status. To fully complete the application process, new members MUST complete the following requirements. If these obligations are not met by their deadline, membership and all related services will be suspended pending completion.

As a Designated Realtor® (DR), you are responsible for the agents affiliated with your  company. Please refer to the DR Brochure for details on the responsibilities of the DR to the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors®.

(Primary DR/Brokers only)  Complete the National Association of Realtors® New Member Code of Ethics training AND the New Member Fair Housing training within 30 days of joining the Association. 

Please refer to the NAR® Mandated Ethics Requirement and Fair Housing Requirement for  REALTORS® page to review the available options for fulfilling this requirement.

  

Meet the New Member MLS Training requirement within 30 days of joining the Association.

Complete online webinar at https://www.louisvillerealtors.com/members/education/mls-training/; please note that this option is NOT approved for PLE credit.

Complete mandatory GLAR New Member Orientation session within 60 days of joining the Association.

  

Your AgentBook Member Portal

  Our website hosts a variety of useful information for you as a member from Association news to resources and events as well as access  to the member-only portal by AgentBook. This members-only portal is available online 24/7, and allows you to view your account, modify your personal information, make payments, register for classes and events, shop the REALTOR® Store and access important forms.
